One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Napoleon basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Napoleon crews see.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Napoleon crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
